What you’ll do
Prep ingredients and stage items for efficient production
Keep kitchen and production zones clean, organized, and sanitized
Inspect ingredients and finished goods for quality and freshness
Package finished items for retail sale
Follow all food safety regulations and health codes
Record production data with accuracy
