Delivery and Warehouse Technician

We are seeking a Delivery and Warehouse Technician to play a vital role in keeping our warehouse, shop, and field operations running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone with a Class A CDL, strong mechanical aptitude, and experience operating heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, and stage materials for upcoming projects
  • Load, transport, and deliver materials and equipment to job sites
  • Maintain inventory and assist with stock organization
  • Keep the warehouse and shop clean, safe, and well organized
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily shop operations
  • Perform light maintenance on tools, trailers, and heavy equipment
  • Identify mechanical issues and coordinate repairs as needed
  • Ensure tools and equipment are inspected and job-ready
  • Operate forklifts, material handlers, excavators, and track loaders
  • Safely load and unload equipment and construction materials
  • Travel occasionally to regional and out-of-state job sites
  • Support field crews with material handling and logistics when needed

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, excavators, and loaders
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials
  • Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing schedules
  • Dependable, organized, and safety-focused

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or shop experience
  • Experience with inventory or tool tracking software
  • Basic knowledge of trailer and equipment repair
  • Familiarity with commercial or industrial construction environments
