Delivery and Warehouse Technician
$24 - $28 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a Delivery and Warehouse Technician to play a vital role in keeping our warehouse, shop, and field operations running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone with a Class A CDL, strong mechanical aptitude, and experience operating heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and stage materials for upcoming projects
- Load, transport, and deliver materials and equipment to job sites
- Maintain inventory and assist with stock organization
- Keep the warehouse and shop clean, safe, and well organized
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily shop operations
- Perform light maintenance on tools, trailers, and heavy equipment
- Identify mechanical issues and coordinate repairs as needed
- Ensure tools and equipment are inspected and job-ready
- Operate forklifts, material handlers, excavators, and track loaders
- Safely load and unload equipment and construction materials
- Travel occasionally to regional and out-of-state job sites
- Support field crews with material handling and logistics when needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, excavators, and loaders
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials
- Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing schedules
- Dependable, organized, and safety-focused
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or shop experience
- Experience with inventory or tool tracking software
- Basic knowledge of trailer and equipment repair
- Familiarity with commercial or industrial construction environments
