If you have a CDL or the ability to get one and the desire to work with your hands outside an office with building material products, We Want You! $1000 SIGN ON BONUS OPPORTUNITYPosition Purpose  Delivery Associates are responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of building materials to job sites and, as the 'face' of our company, are expected to conduct themselves with the highest level of professionalism.  Essential Functions Performs pre-delivery and post-delivery vehicle inspections; reports dailySafely delivers building materials to job sitesAssists with upkeep on Company equipment as neededProvides log sheets of daily activity and any Company or Department of Transportation (DOT) required paperworkSafely operates trucks, booms, and forklifts while training others as neededConducts inventory checklistsManually delivers building materials or uses Company equipment Flexible/non-traditional schedule may be requiredPerforms other necessary functions as assigned  Qualifications Necessary Knowledge 1-3 years related experience in construction preferredCompletion of the written exam for the CDL with air brake endorsementPhysicalAbility to sit, stand, lift, and carry 70-100 lbs easily and safely InterpersonalA positive attitude and the ability to maintain professional, long-term co-worker, customer, vendor, and business relationshipsService-oriented and a dedication to win customers 'for life'Strong professional verbal and written communications skillsAbility to work effectively across all levels of managementDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, simultaneous projects, and conflicting deadlinesAn innovative approach to resolving problems and delivering resultsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
