- Safely operate a company-provided delivery van while following all traffic laws and Amazon safety standards.
- Load, organize, and deliver packages efficiently to homes and businesses.
- Navigate delivery routes using GPS and Amazon delivery technology.
- Complete deliveries accurately and within scheduled timeframes.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during every delivery.
- Verify delivery information and obtain customer signatures when required.
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, route issues, or delays.
- Follow all company policies, DOT regulations (where applicable), and Amazon operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure delivery vehicle.
- Work in varying weather conditions and safely lift, carry, and deliver packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (if required by company policy).
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull packages up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable walking, climbing stairs, and entering/exiting a delivery vehicle throughout the day.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while meeting performance expectations.
- Previous delivery, courier, warehouse, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
