Delivery Associate

Fluiconnecto is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Onsite Delivery Driver to support our customer operations in Pella, Iowa. This position is responsible for delivering hose assemblies, kits, and related products to designated customer production lines and staging locations. The successful candidate will ensure timely deliveries, support customer production needs, and represent Fluiconnecto with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver hose assemblies, kits, and related products to customer production lines and designated staging areas.
• Operate company vehicles, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow established delivery schedules and priorities to support uninterrupted customer production.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, serial numbers, and delivery locations to ensure accuracy.
• Load, unload, and transport materials while following proper handling procedures.
• Perform inventory replenishment activities as directed.
• Communicate shortages, damaged materials, quality concerns, and delivery issues to management promptly.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and material audits.
• Support warehouse, assembly, and operations teams as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and customer safety requirements.
• Build positive working relationships with customer personnel and coworkers.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous delivery driving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate delivery trucks, cargo vans, or box trucks.
• Forklift certification is a plus or willingness to obtain certification.
• Basic math and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely load and unload materials.
• Ability to work in warehouse, manufacturing, and outdoor environments as needed.
