Job Summary: We are seeking a Delivery Assurance Specialist to drive supplier performance, on-time delivery, supplier development, and quality improvement within the aerospace supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor supplier performance, delivery commitments, WIP, and recovery plans.
Identify supply chain risks, capacity constraints, and production bottlenecks.
Conduct supplier assessments and develop Supplier Improvement Plans.
Support supplier quality improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Review PFMEA, Control Plans, and quality documentation.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Track KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership.
Collaborate with suppliers, engineering, quality, procurement, and operations teams.
Conduct onsite supplier visits to assess progress and resolve issues.
