Role Name: Delivery Coach / Scrum Master

JD:
- Work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with Agile practices.

- Act as a servant leader and coach, enabling teams to be self-organized and high-performing.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).

- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive them to resolution.

- Ask the right questions to uncover gaps, improve clarity, and drive better decision-making.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, best practices, and mindset.

- Ensure transparency through proper tracking of progress, metrics, and reporting.

- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear backlog prioritization and readiness.

- **Required Skills & Experience**

- Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Coach in Agile environments.

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work across teams and influence without authority.

- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

- Experience in scaling Agile (SAFe or similar frameworks is a plus).

- Certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe (preferred).
