Job Description

The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible to effectively communicate the following information.

• Present Ford/Lincoln products in an effective manner that ensures customer understanding
• Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge
• Demonstrate features of the vehicle, show the customer navigation, SYNC (i.e. help them connect Bluetooth to their mobile phone)
• Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues
• Check the detailing to ensure it's pristine for the customer
• Dealership orientation welcome tour – introducing customers to the various points of interest of the dealership
• Help with new and used vehicle descriptions

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. We're looking for a friendly, tech-savvy individual to fill our Delivery Coordinator / Product Specialist opening. This role is heavily focused on customer service. You don’t have to have automotive experience to be successful. IN-HOUSE TRAINING PROVIDED. This job has a history of translating into a successful Sales Consultant career within our company. 

• Outgoing personality.
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
