Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join a leading aerospace manufacturing team in Catoosa, OK. This role is responsible for coordinating customer orders throughout the manufacturing process, maintaining delivery schedules, communicating production status updates, and supporting on-time delivery performance.

The ideal Delivery Coordinator has strong communication skills, manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
Required Experience & Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree in Business, Engineering, or Materials Management with 4+ years of aerospace or related customer service experience preferred
OR High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant customer service experience in aerospace or a related industry
Bachelor's degree and manufacturing background preferred
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Microsoft Access experience preferred
Understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, lead times, and lean principles
Knowledge of production control and scheduling functions preferred
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate and direct internal and external customer orders through the manufacturing process
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal customers regarding delivery status and production schedules
Communicate directly with plant operations, shipping, quality, and customer service teams
Work closely with the Delivery Assurance Manager to identify delivery risks and production barriers
Proactively resolve production and delivery issues while escalating concerns when necessary
Maintain delivery schedules and communicate status updates to stakeholders
Collaborate with operations teams to manage workflow priorities, inventory concerns, work order issues, and production holds
Work directly with Master Schedulers, Materials Managers, and Planning personnel
Participate in cross-functional delivery reviews to identify root causes and corrective actions
Monitor critical jobs and ensure proper movement through production processes
Maintain production tracking files, coverage reports, and delivery metrics
Update Lean DNA and other production management systems as required
Support scrap, rework, and replacement processes when necessary
Key Deliverables
Maintain Horse Blanket reporting and delivery visibility
Manage work orders, cut discrepancies, and order splits
Track critical parts and production priorities
Update production status reports and scheduling files
Identify bottlenecks and escalate concerns during daily meetings
Ensure timely release and completion of production orders
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
Ability to work within both office and manufacturing environments
Required use of PPE while on the production floor
Work Environment

Exposure to varying noise levels and manufacturing operations
