Job Description
Were looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Fulton location (102 W 6th St). In this role, youll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the neighborhood. As a Delivery Driver, youll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.
Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using GPS and route planning tools
Provide friendly, courteous customer service and handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
Verify delivery addresses and customer information to ensure accuracy
Maintain organized records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery confirmations
Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
Handle products with care to maintain quality and prevent damage during transport
Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues
Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations
Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the organization
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid drivers license
Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Ability to navigate using GPS and route planning technology
Physical capability to safely load, unload, and handle deliveries
Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules
Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction
Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
Preferred: Familiarity with the local Fulton area
