Job Description
Were looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Pevely, United States location. As a Delivery Driver, youll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Pevely area
Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally and handling transactions with accuracy and courtesy
Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions
Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly
Handle products with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
Navigate using GPS and map applications to locate addresses efficiently
Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle
Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organizations brand with integrity and professionalism
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid drivers license
Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to navigate using GPS and digital mapping tools
Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items
Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
Knowledge of the local Pevely area is preferred but not required
Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery purposes
