As a Delivery Driver, youll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers with every stop. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes and territories
Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
Load, unload, and handle packages with care, maintaining product quality and integrity
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally
Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmations
Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
Navigate using GPS and mapping systems to locate addresses and meet delivery schedules
Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and customer feedback
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle
Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organizations brand with professionalism and courtesy
Qualifications
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Minimum 2 years of documented driving history
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries
Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and background screening per company standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technology
Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional attitude
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveries
