Job Description
Join our team as a Delivery Driver at our Phoenix location (7710 W Lower Buckeye)! Were looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to ensure our customers receive their orders promptly and with a smile.
- Safely deliver food orders to customers homes and businesses in a timely manner
- Verify customer orders and collect payments, handling cash transactions accurately
- Assist with food preparation, including making pizzas and other menu items
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and delivery vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests
- Navigate local roads efficiently, optimizing delivery routes for speed and accuracy
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Perform basic restaurant duties as needed, including cleaning and restocking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Maintain an organized and professional appearance at all times
Qualifications
- Must be {18} years of age or older
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record meeting company standards
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle for delivery use
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and basic math skills
- Knowledge of local area and traffic patterns in Phoenix
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and Holidays
- Physical ability to lift to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Food handling experience or certification is a plus, but not required
