Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Excellence: Provide friendly, top-tier customer service while delivering orders safely to homes and businesses.
• Customer Service: Take orders over the phone and in-person accurately and efficiently.
• Team Support: Assist with food preparation and make-line tasks during downtime.
• Inventory: Restock ingredients and organize storage areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Maintenance: Help keep the facility and equipment clean and operation-ready.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old
• Drivers License: Valid license with a minimum of 1 year driving history
• Vehicle: Reliable vehicle with current registration and valid auto insurance (your name must be listed on the policy)
• Screening: Ability to pass background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
• Navigation: GPS proficiency to navigate delivery areas efficiently

Physical & Working Conditions:

• Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, carry items up to 30 lbs, and occasionally climb ladders or stairs
• Environment: Work in fast-paced setting with exposure to temperature extremes (36°F to 500°F), food fumes, and occasional adverse weather
• Sensory & Communication: Clear vision, depth perception, ability to hear and speak clearly on the telephone, and capacity to work under stress while maintaining quality standards
