This full-time position involves operating a 26' box truck to deliver local farm products throughout the Texas region from our Houston warehouse to Houston, Austin, and San Antonio.As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for navigating routes, loading and unloading products, and delivering goods to our clients with professionalism and care. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to supporting sustainable food systems. You will play a crucial role in supporting local farmers and bringing fresh food to communities.
$21.00/hour, with up to $4k per year bonus for safe driving.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Drive a 26' box truck to deliver products to designated locations.- Load and unload products manually as needed.- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.- Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure compliance with food safety standards.- Communicate effectively with the office regarding pick-ups, deliveries, and service issues.- Perform vehicle inspections and ensure the truck is kept in good working condition.
