Role Description The Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in McMinnville, TN. This role includes safely operating company vehicles to deliver products to customers, following delivery schedules, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. In the warehouse, responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, organizing and staging inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and assisting with general warehouse upkeep. The associate will follow safety procedures, perform basic equipment checks, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. This position may involve manual lifting, use of material handling equipment, and working in varying warehouse and outdoor conditions.\n

- Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles, follow driving regulations, and maintain a clean driving record.

- Experience with basic warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders.

- Comfort with manual labor, including lifting, moving, and stacking products, and using pallet jacks or similar equipment.

- Strong attention to detail and basic recordkeeping skills for delivery logs, manifests, and inventory counts.
