Now hiring for a Delivery Driver Assistant

Location: Macedonia, OH

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: 7 days/week operation

Days off: Tue-Wed or Wed-Thu

Dispatch: 2:00-4:00 PM | Avg. Route Length: 10-11 hrs/day

Keep the cases moving and the routes running. Join Staffmark as a Delivery Driver Assistant supporting a fast-paced beverage distributor - where the work is physical, and the schedule is consistent.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver beverage products to customer stops on assigned routes
• Unload product at each stop using a hand truck
• Break down pallets and move product into stores
• Deliver both refrigerated (dairy) and ambient (paper/dry goods) products
• Assist with loading and unloading - lift up to 50 lbs independently, up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Move and rearrange freight at each stop as needed
• Provide navigational support to the driver when needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with a partner
• Comfort working in refrigerated environments
• Reliability - this is a 7-day operation with a set days-off rotation
• Team-first attitude and strong work ethic
