Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour + OT after 40

Schedule: 7 days/week operation

Days off: Tuesday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Thursday

Dispatch: 2:00 - 4:00 PM | Avg. Route Length: 10 - 11 hrs/day

What You'll Do:

• Deliver beverage products to customer stops on assigned routes
• Load and unload product at each stop using a hand truck
• Break down pallets and move product into stores
• Deliver both refrigerated (dairy) and ambient (paper/dry goods) products
• Assist with loading and unloading - lift up to 50 lbs independently, up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Move and rearrange freight at each stop as needed
• Provide navigational support to the driver when needed

Driving Requirements

• Valid license
• Clear MVR
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)

What You Will Do

As a Delivery Driver Assistant you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.

The Delivery Driver Assistant supports supply chain operations by transporting freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently. This role requires professional driving ability, strong situational awareness, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
