Schedule: Sunday- Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday (9am to finish)
Pay Rate: $22 per hour (weekly pay)
Position Overview
Our Client is seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to support delivering packages. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial customers.
Our drivers are essential to delivering an excellent customer experience. Success in this role requires dependability, strong time management, physical capability, and a commitment to safety and professionalism in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages into delivery vehicles efficiently and safely (including assisting team members as needed)
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial destinations using company-provided vans or trucks
- Provide professional, courteous, and energetic customer service
- Communicate effectively with customers to coordinate deliveries and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including mileage, delivery times, and route data
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, and route issues
- Ensure proper organization and secure placement of packages to prevent damage
- Routinely lift and handle packages weighing 70+ lbs
- Monitor weather and road conditions and report safety concerns promptly
- Perform pre- and post-route vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation
- Inspect packages prior to delivery to confirm proper labeling and condition
- Report vehicle maintenance or operational issues to management immediately
- Adhere to company dress code, policies, and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Ability to lift 70+ lbs regularly

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment and ongoing)
- Current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate or ability to obtain one
- Ability to meet all physical and job performance requirements
Preferred:
- Previous delivery or commercial driving experience
- Box Truck Driving Experience
