Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Box Truck Driver to join a busy produce distribution team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for safely delivering produce to local customers while loading and unloading products, maintaining delivery schedules, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has a clean driving record, previous delivery experience, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a physically active schedule.



Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum 2 years of proven driving experience with a standard driver's license
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) review
• Consistent employment history
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic



Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Safely operate a company box truck to deliver produce to local customers
• Load and unload products efficiently while following safe lifting procedures
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and ensure products arrive in good condition
• Follow assigned delivery routes and maintain delivery schedules
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional delivery vehicle
• Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries
• Assist with warehouse and delivery-related tasks as assigned
• Follow all company safety procedures and traffic regulations



Preferred Qualifications
• Previous produce, food service, or distribution delivery experience
• Experience operating box trucks in a commercial setting
• Familiarity with delivery documentation and route management
• Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is a plus



Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing in and out of the delivery truck
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions while making deliveries
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift
