Why You’ll Love Working for Intentional Delivery LLC
- Starting at $22.50 per hour
- Paid WEEKLY so you have access to your money sooner
- 8-10 hour shifts are typical
- 3-4 day workweek (30-40 hours) is typical
- 1 Scheduled Weekend Day consisting of either Saturday or Sunday required

What You’ll Do Each Day
- First and foremost – participate in and contribute to our intentional culture
- Load packages into the van at start of shift (they can be up to 50 lbs)
- Get in and out of the van repeatedly throughout the shift
- Drive safely and perform safety inspections on company vehicles
- Deliver packages safely, accurately, professionally, and on time
- Follow all state and local laws, driving regulations, and company practices
- Provide excellent customer service regardless of circumstances; you will encounter stressful situations
- Drive and deliver in all weather conditions; your safety is our top priority
- Communicate effectively with support team to ensure deliveries are completed on time
- Use smart phone devices for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communication with supervisors and other team members
- Support with rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
- Have fun – you are delivering smiles and joy to your community – you are impacting lives!
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid Driver's License within the state of employment
- Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
