As a crucial member of our 200+ team, you'll connect our manufacturing plants directly to active job sites, ensuring builders get the materials they need quickly, safely, and efficiently.What You'll DoPrecision Hauling: Drive semi-trucks equipped with roll-off stretch trailers (stretching up to 70') or rollback straight trucks to deliver wood trusses and beams directly to job sites.Oversized Load Operations: Safely navigate over-width and over-length loads in compliance with all DOT guidelines and escort requirements.Hands-On Delivery & Service: Operate forklifts, dollies, and manual equipment to unload building materials-ranging from structural trusses to finish trim-while delivering top-tier customer service on site.Yard & Fleet Support: Inspect and maintain your rig, assist yard teams with loading/unloading vehicles, build delivery loads, and handle returned inventory between runs.Communication Link: Serve as a direct point of contact on site, relaying customer feedback and job updates back to the material management team.What We're Looking ForDriving Experience: At least 6 months of truck driving experience (lumber hauling and oversized load experience preferred).Licensing & Compliance: Valid driver's license with a minimum F-Endorsement; ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.Physical Readiness: Comfort with hands-on, physical work including manual loading and unloading of heavy materials.Mindset: Strong team player with a sense of urgency and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.What We OfferCompensation: $18.00/hour with reliable weekly pay.Time Off: Paid vacation, paid sick days, and paid holidays.Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage options.Future Security: 401(k) retirement plan.Tindell's is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.Location: 37821
