We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our Fond du Lac team. You’ll spend your days on the road, interacting with customers, staying active, and making sure the products they rely on arrive safely and on time.

What Your Day Will Look Like

You’ll be one of the friendly faces our customers see—and an important link between our team and theirs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating a 28-foot straight truck on local delivery routes

• Loading, unloading, and securing products

• Verifying orders and obtaining customer signatures

• Providing professional, friendly customer service

• Picking, packing, and staging warehouse orders

• Using RF scanning equipment to track inventory and shipments

• Completing daily vehicle inspections and reporting maintenance concerns

• Helping with warehouse and shipping operations when needed

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?

You don't need to be an expert on day one. We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-minded, hardworking, and takes pride in doing the job right.

You'll need:

• A valid Wisconsin driver's license

• To be at least 21 years old

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• The ability to lift, bend, walk, and perform physical work throughout the day

• A reliable, organized, team-oriented approach

• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Even better if you bring:

• Previous delivery driving experience

• Forklift experience

• Familiarity with DOT regulations
