Description
Job Title: Delivery Driver (Part-Time)
Schedule: 20–25 hours per weekDays Off: Wednesday and SundayPay Rate: $15.00 per hour (to start)
Position Overview:We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Delivery Driver to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely deliveries, efficient product pickups, and assisting with kitchen prep and cooking tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and a team player who takes pride in providing great service both on the road and in the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver food orders and products to customers and vendors in a timely manner
- Pick up supplies and ingredients from designated locations as needed
- Assist with food preparation, portioning, and basic cooking duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in delivery vehicle and work areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management regarding delivery schedules and product needs
- Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Previous delivery or food service experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, excluding Wednesdays and Sundays
