Job Description
Index Distributors LLC is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers in Indianapolis, IN to transport and deliver Amazon packages independently on a 4-day weekly schedule. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record, and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. No prior professional driving experience is required.
Pay and Benefits
- Starting Pay & Bonuses: Earn $21.75 per hour plus performance and compliance incentive bonuses. Those with a valid CDL A are eligible for $22.75 per hour.

Job Responsibilities
Job Duties
- Vehicle & Package Handling: Safely load delivery vehicles (e-van) with packages weighing up to 50 lbs and maintain a clean, organized vehicle.
- Route Execution: Drive safely adhering to GPS-coordinated routes and traffic laws while operating in varying weather conditions and times of day.
- Physical Operations & Customer Care: Frequently enter/exit the van and walk up and down stairs while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Age & Licensing: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid U.S. driver's license, a clean driving record, and pass background and driving record check within the last 7 years.
- Work Authorization & Schedule: Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, available for a 10:15 AM start time on a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule that includes at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
- Physical & Operational Abilities: Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs, continuously walk up/down stairs, and safely navigate routes in light or dark conditions and all weather conditions, year round.
