Job Description

Come GROW with us! Spring Logistics is looking for delivery drivers to safely deliver packages to Amazon customers!

We need reliable, independent, hard-working delivery drivers who pay attention to details, can quickly solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road, put safety first and care deeply about Amazon customer expectations and satisfaction.

We are looking for motivated team players who desire to grow with the Company.

Pay: starting at $22.75 per hour

Key Duties of Delivery Drivers:

• Perform safety inspections and drive safely in cargo vehicle
• Repeatedly lift and carry packages upto 50 lbs
• Load and organize packages into delivery vehicle
• Follow GPS navigation from delivery to delivery
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Successfully handle and deliver packages to Amazon customer satisfaction
• Support fellow delivery drivers who need assistance to complete deliveries

Benefits of working as a Delivery Driver:

• 10-hour shifts: start at 11:20 and end at approximately 9:50 pm
  •  2 15-minute paid breaks, and a 30-minute lunch break included
• Consistent schedule: 2 days for Part Time, 3-4 days for Full Time, same days every week

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a 4-panel Drug Screening
• Must have a current valid driver's license
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
• Capable of performing active job that requires lifting, walking, bending, and moving
• Must be available to work Saturdays or Sundays, and Holidays
