Delivery Driver

Responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods or passengers from one location to another, adhering to traffic laws and company policies, and ensuring timely deliveries or pickups.

Loading and Unloading:

Loading and unloading cargo or passengers, ensuring proper procedures are followed and materials are secured.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Performing routine vehicle maintenance checks, such as checking fluids, tires, and lights, and reporting any issues to management.

Communication:

Communicating effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other stakeholders, providing updates on delivery status and addressing any issues that may arise.

Timely Deliveries/Pickups:

Arriving at destinations on time and meeting delivery or pickup schedules.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance.

  Providing excellent customer service, especially when dealing directly with passengers or customers.

• Following Company Procedures:

  Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to driving, safety, and customer service.

• Vehicle Cleanliness:

  Keeping the vehicle clean and organized, inside and out.

• Safe Driving:

  Operating vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.

• Route Planning:

  Following routes efficiently and accurately, using maps, GPS, or other navigational tools, and adjusting routes as needed due to traffic or other circumstances.
