Medical Arts Pharmacy in Monroe, CT is looking for a reliable and friendly Delivery Driver to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver prescription medications and pharmacy products to patients' homes and facilities
• Handle and transport medications with care, maintaining proper packaging and confidentiality
• Collect signatures, co-payments, and other required documentation upon delivery
• Communicate courteously and professionally with patients and customers at each stop
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely service
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any issues to pharmacy staff
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and highly dependable
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and HIPAA awareness
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry packages of moderate weight
• Prior delivery or customer-facing experience is a plus
