Position Overview

Delivery Drivers are responsible for ensuring every guest receives their Chick-fil-A meal with accuracy, speed, and hospitality. This role is more than delivering food—it's delivering an exceptional guest experience. Drivers serve as ambassadors of the Chick-fil-A brand and play a vital role in creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver orders safely, accurately, and promptly while providing exceptional hospitality.
• Represent Chick-fil-A's values, culture, and standards with every guest interaction.
• Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and meet Chick-fil-A quality standards before departure.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members using delivery platforms and restaurant communication tools.
• Create positive guest experiences by resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and restaurant delivery procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery bags, equipment, and staging areas.
• Support restaurant operations during non-delivery periods as assigned.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency while maintaining safety and attention to detail.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's appearance, uniform, and operational standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable transportation and current insurance (if using a personal vehicle).
• Smartphone with data plan and GPS capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry delivery bags weighing up to 15 pounds.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, Saturdays, and holidays as needed.
