What You'll Do

• Safely load, transport, and unload heavy construction and agricultural equipment throughout Tennessee and surrounding states
• Operate a variety of trucks and trailers, including lowboy, dovetail, and rollback trailers
• Pick up and transport equipment requiring service or repair back to the Nashville shop
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain transportation records
• Communicate professionally with customers, Rental Staff, and Service personnel to coordinate deliveries and pickups
• Support rental operations and provide exceptional customer service during equipment deliveries
• Ensure all loads are properly secured and transported in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards

What You Bring

• Class A CDL required
• Minimum of 2 years of Class A driving experience
• Experience hauling heavy equipment preferred
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets company's standards
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Mechanical aptitude and experience operating heavy equipment is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and stooping
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors and tolerate varying weather conditions
