Job Description
As a Team Member at Dominos, your key responsibilities include:
Phone & Customer Service:
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and accurately take customer orders
- Provide excellent customer service to carryout customers at the counter
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately for all customer interactions
- Represent the Dominos brand professionally in all customer communications
Food Production:
- Learn and master the process of making quality pizza products according to company standards
- Operate and monitor ovens, ensuring proper temperature and timing for consistent product quality
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout the production process
- Work efficiently to meet order timelines and customer expectations
Delivery & Route Operations:
- Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers within assigned delivery areas
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards
Store Operations & Teamwork:
- Assist the team with store maintenance and cleanliness, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Remove and dispose of trash and recyclables as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support other team members to get the job done efficiently
Vehicle & Safety:
- Maintain a safe driving record and follow all traffic laws
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues
- Ensure timely delivery while prioritizing customer and public safety
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Ready to join the Dominos delivery squad? Heres what were looking for:
- Be at least 18 years old (the legal minimum to hit the road!)
- Have a valid drivers license thats been in your pocket for at least 2 years
- Own a reliable vehicle thats ready to roll
- Carry proof of insurance (the responsible stuff that keeps everyone safe)
- Be cool with passing a background check and MVR check (we like to know who were working with!)
