Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) / Warehouse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our solar distribution team. This role involves operating a 26-foot box truck to deliver kitted solar materials to residential and commercial job sites, as well as transporting orders between warehouse locations. When not on the road, the driver will assist with general warehouse duties to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 26-foot box truck (non-CDL) for local and regional deliveries
• Deliver fully kitted solar job materials to residential and commercial job sites using a liftgate
• Transport inventory and materials between warehouse locations
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
• Load and unload materials safely, including securing loads for transport
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as picking orders, loading trucks, and general upkeep
• Maintain delivery documentation and logs as required

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience driving box trucks (preferably 26 ft) preferred but not required
• Ability to operate a liftgate and handle heavy materials safely
• Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to be trained)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically active environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule:

• Full-time, [Monday–Friday, 7-5 with overtime]
• Some deliveries may require early arrival and late return
