DELIVERY DRIVER (Overnight - Box Truck)

Donuts Stop Believin' manufactures fresh donuts for 170+ Dunkin' locations across the Tampa area — 365 days a year, no exceptions. Our drivers are the final link in that chain, making sure every restaurant gets exactly what they need, on time, every night. What You'll Do:

• Verify and load your truck by route
• Deliver product safely and on time to Dunkin' restaurant locations
• Maintain product integrity from facility to delivery
• Verify delivery quantities and collect empty baskets and racks at each stop
• Accurately complete all delivery tickets and driver logs
• Return to facility, clean and sanitize racks and baskets
• Report any customer concerns or product quality issues to the Transportation Manager
• Communicate to the Transportation Manager with concerns that are impeding efficient performance of tasks
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety guidelines, and company policies throughout every shift
• Report on time in a clean, complete uniform

What We're Looking For:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening (both are mandatory)
• Must be able to work overnight — shifts daily 10:00pm - 5:00am
• Ability to load, unload, and maneuver delivery racks independently
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stay on your feet throughout your shift
• Clear communicator who can flag issues to management and represent the company professionally at store locations
• Team-oriented and dependable — this is a 365-day operation and reliability matters
