As a Delivery Associate at Appliance & Furniture RentAll, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of appliances and furniture to our valued customers in Rapid City, SD.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver appliances and furniture to customers' designated locations promptly and safely
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product placement and answering any delivery-related questions
- Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management by properly documenting deliveries and returns
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of delivery vehicle and report any maintenance issues
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving and operating delivery vehicle
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by dispatch or supervisor
- Collaborate with other team members to meet customer demands and achieve delivery goals
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle heavy items and perform physical tasks required for delivery
- Good communication and customer service skills
