Location: Portage, MI
Pay Range: $16.00 + field reimbursement

Position Summary: 

At Mint Cannabis, we’re all about delivering more than just great products — we’re delivering experiences. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be the friendly face bringing cannabis directly to our customers’ doors. This isn’t your average delivery job — accuracy, compliance, and customer service are key. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to roll, we want you on the team.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport and deliver cannabis products directly to customers while following state laws and company guidelines
  Verify customer identity upon delivery to ensure compliance with all state regulations
  Provide excellent customer service during every interaction, representing Mint Cannabis with professionalism and positivity
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, records, and paperwork for every order
• Inspect vehicles before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance or safety issues immediatel
• Uphold traffic laws, safety standards, and company delivery policies at all times

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
   
• Valid driver’s license; reliable, insured personal vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail and a compliance-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with cannabis products and state regulations is a plus

Education and Certifications:

• Required education level.

• Relevant certifications or licenses.

Work Environment:

• Typical environment (e.g., Mint Cannabis retail store, manufacturing site, corporate office).
• Exposure to elements (noise, odors, temperature).
• PPE requirements if applicable.
