Non‑CDL Delivery Driver
Earn $25–$27/hr | Home Daily | 4‑Day Work Week
Location: Harbor Portland Location
Schedule: Early mornings → mid‑afternoons
Pay: $25.00–$27.00/hr (DOE)
Bonuses:

What You’ll Do
As a Non‑CDL Delivery Driver, you’ll be the face of Harbor to our customers by safely and efficiently delivering grocery products to:
- Convenience stores
- Restaurants
- Other commercial customers
Your day will include:
- Driving company box trucks (up to 26 ft / 26,000 lbs)
- Loading/unloading using hand trucks, lift gates, walk boards, and pallet jacks
- Accurate delivery and pickup documentation
- Handling returns and customer transactions (cash, checks, etc.)
- Following DOT regulations and defensive driving practices
- Maintaining safe operation of company vehicles at all times
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- At least 1 year of commercial driving experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical certificate
You must be able to pass:
- Pre‑employment Physical Abilities Test
- DOT drug screen
Knowledge & Skills That Set You Up for Success

- Excellent customer service skills
- Confidence operating box trucks, vans, and delivery equipment
- Ability to work independently and stay organized on route
