Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Non-CDL Box Truck Delivery Driver to join a growing team in Springdale, AR. This role involves independently operating a box truck to deliver appliances to residential and commercial customers while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring products arrive safely and on time.

The ideal Non-CDL Box Truck Delivery Driver has strong time management skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to work independently throughout the day.
Required Experience & Skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
Previous box truck, delivery driving, or appliance delivery experience preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to safely lift, move, and maneuver appliances
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required
Ability to use navigation systems and follow delivery schedules efficiently
Strong commitment to safety and vehicle care
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Safely operate a non-CDL box truck for local appliance deliveries
Load, transport, and unload appliances while preventing damage to products and customer property
Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule using assigned routes
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain delivery logs, paperwork, and customer signatures
Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries
Ensure appliances are properly secured during transport
Assist with warehouse loading, staging, and organization as needed
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicles
Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws
Preferred Qualifications
Previous appliance delivery experience
Familiarity with Northwest Arkansas delivery routes
Warehouse, shipping, or loading experience
Experience working directly with customers in delivery environments
Performance Expectations
Deliver appliances safely, accurately, and on time
Maintain professional customer interactions and appearance
Operate company vehicles responsibly and safely
Minimize delivery damages and customer complaints
Maintain compliance with all delivery and safety procedures
Work Environment
Driving and delivery environment with frequent customer interaction
Residential and commercial delivery locations throughout Northwest Arkansas
Physically active role requiring lifting, loading, unloading, and moving appliances
Combination of driving, warehouse, and customer service responsibilities
