Job Duties

Safely and accurately pull orders by reading picking tickets and utilizing a forklift or manually picking equipment from shelves, bins, and racks.
Band and secure equipment as necessary for loading onto trucks or placement in wire bins.
Drive and operate a company flatbed truck.
Safely load and unload equipment manually or with a forklift.
Count, inspect, and document all returned equipment on return tickets.
Return equipment to the appropriate warehouse or yard location.
Perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs, including:
- Straightening braces
- Scraping damaged ends of wood planks
- Removing concrete from frames
Maintain accurate time records for vehicle inspections, loading/unloading, driving, breaks, and other work activities.
Perform and document routine vehicle, cargo securement, and equipment inspections.
Properly strap down and secure equipment and materials for transportation.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year (12 months) of verifiable driving experience; flatbed driving experience preferred.
Minimum 3 months of forklift experience.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license required.
Must have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
TWIC card required.
Must successfully pass a drug screen.
Ability to safely operate a flatbed truck and secure/strap down equipment.
Ability to perform physical warehouse and loading/unloading duties.
