Buddy Brew Coffee is now hiring for a Delivery Driver to support our Roastery and Commissary operations in Tampa!
Do you love coffee and working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly? We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to handle internal deliveries between our Roastery, Commissary, and retail locations, while assisting with light production and organization tasks when needed.
Safely and efficiently deliver products, ingredients, and supplies between Buddy Brew locations (Roastery, Commissary, WS Partners, and retail cafés).
Load and unload items with care, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliveries.
Maintain delivery logs, routes, and any required documentation.
Assist Roastery and Commissary teams with packaging, organizing, and staging items for delivery.
Promote inventory accuracy and communicate any delivery or product discrepancies promptly.
Operate within GMP and OSHA regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Support production facility upkeep as requested by the Director of Coffee.
Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently, follow procedures, and maintain accurate records.
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
Basic computer skills (Excel and Word a plus).
Full-time, in-person position.
Primarily based at the Roastery and Commissary, with travel between local Buddy Brew locations.
Requires standing, lifting, and physical activity throughout the day.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
