Delivery Driver

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our dynamic team and continue our tradition of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliveries: Coordinate and make deliveries to customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe transportation of product to job sites and homes.
2. Store Maintenance: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and merchandising displays
3. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked and neatly displayed. Receiving and checking in freight.
4. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner. Provide product recommendations and answer questions to help customers make informed decisions.
5. Product Knowledge: Become an expert on Benjamin Moore paints, stains, and other products. Keep up-to-date with product information and trends to offer expert advice.
6. Sales: Promote and sell Benjamin Moore products, including paints, coatings, and related accessories. Meet or exceed sales targets.
7. Paint Mixing: Utilize our paint mixing equipment to prepare custom paint colors for customers, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 75lbs
• Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Passion for home improvement, color and design.
• Benjamin Moore product knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
