WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a Delivery and Warehouse Associate for Total Tool, you will provide exceptional customer service while delivering orders to customers at their business and job sites. You'll be the face of our company on the road—dependable, courteous, and efficient. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Deliver and pick up products from customers and vendors while representing Total Tool in a professional manner
Safely and effectively operate a company provided non-CDL truck equipped with a liftgate
Check customer orders to verify accuracy of order
Keep accurate delivery records
Interact with customers by answering their questions and concerns regarding our company policies and products
Supporting the warehouse area when not driving (receiving, shipping, putting product away, and general warehouse duties)
Maintain a close positive working relationship and open communications with all departments
Schedule vehicle maintenance and maintain a clean and safe delivery fleet
PAY RANGE: $20-$22 per hour, based on experience
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Must be over 23 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
2+ years of commercial driving experience
Highly motivated
Detail-oriented
