This role ensures timely deliveries, maintains accurate delivery records, and provides exceptional customer service while representing the company in a professional manner.In addition to delivery responsibilities, this position supports daily warehouse, production, and office operations as needed to maintain workflow, meet production schedules, and ensure timely order fulfillment. The associate performs a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products, while maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to established safety, quality, and operational procedures.Working under close supervision, the Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate I follows standard operating procedures and company policies to contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to assist across multiple departments to support overall business operations.Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery according to standard operating procedures.Load, transport, and deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner.Unload products at delivery sites and assist with basic product handling or placement if required by the customer.Communicate with office, warehouse, and customer service teams regarding delivery status or issues.Interact professionally with customers and represent the company positively.Perform routine production tasks such as assembling, packaging, labeling, or inspecting products.Cut and assemble filters to specifications using a table saw and paper cutter and hot melt glue machine.Receive incoming shipments and assist with unloading, sorting, and stocking inventory.Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including shelves, bins, and packing stations.Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and responsibly.Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.Assist with labeling, scanning, and documentation of products and shipments.Assist Warehouse Manager with office tasks such as; order entry and processing, answering incoming calls, greeting walk in customers.
