McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver/Warehouse Technician to support both delivery operations and warehouse activities. This dual-role position is responsible for safely transporting tire and wheel products to customers while assisting with inventory management, organization, and daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both a driving and hands-on environment.

What You’ll Do

Delivery Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver tires and wheels to customer locations using the most efficient routes.

• Comply with all DOT requirements, company safety procedures, and safe driving practices.

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.

• Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain delivery confirmations.

• Provide professional and dependable customer service while representing McCarthy Tire Service positively in the field.

Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming and outgoing tire inventory to maintain proper stock records.

• Operate a forklift and safely move products in and out of trailers.

• Stack and organize tires in the warehouse and staging areas.

• Identify, document, and report any missing, damaged, or incorrect inventory.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Support the onboarding and training of new employees when needed to promote effective warehouse operations.

What You’ll Need

• At least 1 year of delivery driving experience within the last 3 years.

• Valid driver’s license with:

  • No DUI/DWI in the past 4 years.

  • No more than one moving violation or at-fault accident in the last 3 years.

• Must pass DOT physical, drug screening, and have an acceptable MVR.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work in both driving and warehouse environments.

• Prior experience with tire products and tools is a plus.
