Delivery Driver

Position Overview:

We’re seeking individuals to deliver catering experiences by engaging with customers, representing our Brand, and ensuring attention to detail in setup and breakdown, making this role suitable for those who enjoy teamwork and service excellence.

Key Accountabilities

• Timely Delivery: Ensure catering orders are delivered punctually, maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Order Accuracy: Review orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and complete deliveries organizationally.
• Vehicle Management: Maintain and operate the company's delivery vehicle in a safe, clean, and efficient manner, taking pride in representing the company professionally and following all traffic laws and safety procedures.
• Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service during delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns.
• Loading & Unloading: Safely load, transport, and unload catering equipment and food items while maintaining food quality and safety.
• Post-Delivery: Collect any required paperwork, payments, or client feedback and report it to the appropriate team.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working order, clean and presentable, and report any issues to management.
• Problem Solving: Handle any delivery-related issues (e.g., incorrect orders, delays) and work with the team to resolve them efficiently.
• Company Representation: Act as an ambassador for SBR Events Group, presenting a professional image aligning with the company’s mission and values.
• Additional administrative tasks will apply.
