As a Delivery Expert based at 3944 S Garnett Rd, youll play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent service.
- Safely transport and deliver orders to customers in a timely manner
- Verify order accuracy and ensure proper packaging before leaving the store
- Navigate efficiently through local routes to optimize delivery times
- Process payments and handle cash transactions when required
- Maintain a clean and well-organized delivery vehicle
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns professionally
- Communicate effectively with store staff and management
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Assist with other in-store duties during non-peak delivery hours as needed
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with GPS technology
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Reliable transportation with proper insurance coverage
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous delivery experience preferred
- Knowledge of the local Tulsa area is a plus
- Proficiency with delivery apps and digital payment systems is beneficial
- Must be at least {AGE} old
- Ability to lift and carry orders of up to 25 pounds
