Delivery Helper / Driver Helper – RCNL, LLC

RCNL, LLC Respectable Customer Service N Logistics is a Delivery Service Provider looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Delivery Helpers / Driver Helpers.

Helpers assist Delivery Associates with safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Approximate hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Shifts range between 8–10 hours per day, and schedules are available 7 days per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist drivers with loading and unloading packagesHelp ensure packages are delivered safely and efficiently to customersWork alongside drivers throughout assigned delivery routesNavigate apartments, businesses, neighborhoods, and delivery locations efficientlyMaintain professionalism and positive customer interactions at all timesFollow all company safety policies and proceduresWork in varying weather conditions throughout the shiftKeep pace in a fast-moving delivery environmentBe CUSTOMER INFATUATED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers

Physical Requirements

Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:

Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.Get in and out of delivery vans continuously throughout the dayWalk up and down stairs during shiftsStand, bend, kneel, and move for extended periods of time

Qualifications
