Delivery Helper

What You'll Do

Our Delivery Helpers play a key role in making sure every delivery goes smoothly and every customer has a great experience. Day to day, you'll:

• Assist the Delivery Driver with pre-trip inspections and help ensure the truck is loaded and operated safely, in compliance with DOT and company standards
• Check delivery tickets and SKU numbers to confirm the correct merchandise is loaded, and inspect items for damage before they leave the warehouse
• Load, secure, and unload furniture with care, using pads, tie-down straps, and a dolly to prevent damage during transport
• Greet customers and store personnel professionally, discuss furniture placement, and assist with moving existing furniture as needed
• Collect payments, obtain customer signatures, and complete delivery paperwork accurately and on time
• Help maintain the delivery truck in a clean, safe, and orderly condition, and report any mechanical issues promptly

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Warehouse and/or delivery experience preferred
• Experience interacting with the public required
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company policy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 150 lbs. with assistance
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

What You'll Earn

The pay range for this position is $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on experience and performance. Beyond your paycheck, we offer a full benefits package designed to support you:
