Salary: $65K-$75K
 
Job Summary:
The Delivery & Installation Supervisor is a managerial role in training, overseen by a mentor. This position is responsible for coordinating deliveries and installations, supervising furniture installations, and managing shipping and receiving personnel.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Delivery and Installation:

• Supervise deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with loading/unloading and deliver supplies or furniture when needed.
• Oversee all furniture installations and coordinate with purchasing and sales teams.
• Prepare quotes for operational services.

Warehouse Operations:

• Coordinate manpower for receiving large or offsite loads.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Provide training for shipping/receiving personnel.

Personnel Management:

• Supervise and delegate tasks to personnel for optimal performance.
• Process documentation and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Foster strong relationships with sales teams.

General Maintenance:

• Ensure maintenance of vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Oversee furniture repair and warehouse cleanliness.

 
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse experience desired.
• Proficiency with computers is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmission.
• Physical ability to lift 100 lbs and assemble/install furniture.
