Delivery Lead

Job DescriptionJob Title: Delivery LeadJob Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid)Job Type: Contract  Job Description:Lead application and system implementation projects from planning through completion.Develop project plans, schedules, risk registers, and resource plans.Monitor project scope, quality, cost, and timelines.Manage client relationships and coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.Perform deep-dive data analysis using Advanced Excel, Access, SQL, and VBA.Build data models, dashboards, reports, and automation solutions.Use Excel Power Query, Power Pivot, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.Design and maintain Microsoft Access databases, queries, and VBA automation.Write SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and performance improvement.Identify business gaps and develop data-driven process improvement solutions.Lead meetings, workshops, and discussions with business and technical stakeholders.Translate complex technical and analytical findings into business recommendations.Work independently on ambiguous problems and develop actionable solutions.Mentor junior team members and share knowledge and best practices.Requirement:5+ years of relevant experience in project management and data analysis.Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.3+ years of hands-on Advanced Excel experience.Strong Microsoft Access and VBA experience.Strong SQL skills with experience using relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards, and data modeling.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to quickly learn new business domains and work with limited prior knowledge.Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field preferred. Interested candidates can send their updated resumes at jobs@global-itech.com
