Salary Range: $160K-$170K/Annum



Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the infrastructure production support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Oversee middleware operations, ensuring seamless integration and performance across systems.
  • Implement and manage automation processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage account delivery, ensuring that all client requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Proven expertise in account delivery management.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure management principles and practices.
  • Experience with middleware technologies and their integration.
  • Proficiency in automation tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Experience with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Experience in project management methodologies.
